Fundraising Coordinator

PROGRAM OVERVIEW

NY3C hosts two major fundraising events each year to support our programming, and we are seeking a volunteer to lead these efforts! If you have project management and event coordination experience, we encourage you to apply. You will have the creative freedom to design and execute the fundraising events of your choice—there are no set formats or themes. Additionally, you will be able to choose the time of year that works best for these events. Collaborate with the Executive Director and volunteers to bring your vision to life, all while helping us grow and diversify our funding sources.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead the planning and execution of two annual fundraising events.

  • Work with the Executive Director and volunteers to organize logistics.

  • Manage event timelines, tasks, and communications with stakeholders.

  • Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, and participants to ensure successful events.

Time Commitment: 2 to 4 hours per week, with increased time leading up to events. Hybrid role, mostly remote.
