Accounting Volunteer
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
NY3C is looking for a volunteer to assist with maintaining and organizing our financial records. Currently, we use a simple Excel sheet to track monthly expenses, but we need help ensuring our system is accurate and compliant. If you have experience with accounting or bookkeeping, we’d love your assistance in balancing our finances and potentially restructuring our accounting system. Your expertise will help us improve our financial processes and ensure we’re on the right track.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Enter monthly expenses into an Excel sheet and keep financial records up to date.
Organize and maintain financial documents.
Review and potentially restructure the current accounting system to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Advise on any necessary changes to the financial tracking process.
Time Commitment: 4 to 6 hours a month, remote.
